Dry Rub: Rub both sides of the steak with a generous amount of rub. For a more passionate flavor, combine a tea spoon of the ingredients with 2 tsps soy sauce, 4 tbls Worcestershire, 2 tsps liquid smoke and a cup of red wine refrigerate for 2hours. Remove and coat both sides of the steak with a generous amount of rub and allow it sit for 20 minutes. Place steak on the grill, smoker or broil to the desired temperature . Enjoy
Marinade: 2 Tbsp Texas Steak Rub, 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Lite, and 1/4 cup Beer or Wine, or Coffee, etc., Mix together and pour of both sides of beef.
