Owner of CMM writes: Following my Celiac Disease Diagnosis in 2014, while grocery shopping for Italian Seasoning, I was shocked to realize the regular packets of Italian Seasoning I would buy were not Gluten-Free. After this realization, I started investigating the Italian Dressings I had used in the past. I learned that many mainstream Italian Dressings do not state they are Gluten-Free because they're manufactured in facilities containing Gluten. Not all of them are this way, but the ones in my local grocery stores were. So, instead of risking potential cross-contamination, I created my own blend, carefully crafted with all-natural ingredients and safely stored in a mason jar in my spice cabinet.
