Homemade Taste in Minutes
1 package Creamy Tomato & Basil Bisque
4 cups water
2 cups milk or Half & Half or Heavy Cream
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
Whisk soup mix into water, milk & tomato paste
Bring to boil , stirring often
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Suggestion: Add 1) 8 oz. block cream cheese to above to make it even creamier.
Add Beef Stock to replace water for more flavor.
Variations: Add cooked bacon bits, chicken, beef, seafood, or 1 can cream style corn. Be Creative! Try adding cooked tortellini for more Jazz.
Garnish with sour cream and fresh basil or parsley.
