CHICKEN ENCHILADA DRY SOUP MIX

Melted Enchiladas in a Soup Mix! Absolutely the Best!  Serves 9
Easy, Fast, and Tasty. A family favorite that will have everyone thinking it's a Fiesta!
So simple to create, the flavor so authentic, your smile so much better!

Directions:
1 Package of Chicken Enchilada Soup Mix
4 cups water, 2 cups milk or half’n’half
1 can (6 oz.) Tomato Paste
Whisk soup mix into water, milk and tomato paste
1 - 2 (10 oz.) cans chicken or cooked chicken
Bring to boil, stirring often
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Variations: 1/2 cup to 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
and 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips. Top with Sour Cream.
