A sweet blend of ginger and spice and pumpkin is nice! Mix with cream cheese and you have a delicious spread for bagels, graham crackers, scones, or muffins. Create a frosting by adding marshmallow cream to the mixture.

PLEASINGLY PUMPKIN SPREAD

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 Pkg. PLEASINGLY PUMPKIN

½ Cup Toasted, Chopped Nuts(optional-pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.)

Empty the entire package of PLEASINGLY PUMPKIN mix into a small bowl. Add ¼ cup boiling water. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes. Soften cream cheese in a microwave proof bowl for approximately 45 seconds. Add the rehydrated "pumpkin" mixture and blend well. Fold in chopped nuts and refrigerate until serving time.
